(Matthew 18:15) Was the main text, following up with the processes of church discipline done in the correct biblical way.

(I Corinthians 5:1) Immoral Sin
This church was described as a carnal church. A man that was found to have the immoral sin was forgiven and restored to the church.
Churches are to be living in a Spirit of unity. We can be very capable of doing wicked, beware and watch soberly..(v7) The sin needed to be purged. The illustation of sin was described as leaven(rising agents, eg baking powder) represented sin that needs to be purged, removed.

(II Thes 3:6) Disorderly Conduct (likened to a military term for not walking in step)
We are to withdraw ourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly.
If we don't work, we should not eat. We are to be discouraged from being busybodies.

(III John 9) An arrogant Spirit/deportment. Distrephes was a man that was described with having an arrogant spirit. (pigheadedness). Some other undesirable character traits he possessed was being malicious;not being content. An arrogant deportment, loving to have the preeminence.

(Hebrews 10:25) Unfaithful to meetings,assembling of believers. We are not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together. Jesus(our head) gives the body instruction. So the body needs to follow what the head does. If a part of the body is not present, the body will not function correctly.

(Matthew18:17) Total disregard for authority. And if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto...

(Romans16:17) Teaching false doctrine. We are to mark them which cause division and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned and avoid them.

(Galatians1:9) Another gospel, beware of others that preach some other gospel. Let him be acursed. etc.
